Kuching 2006

Went back to Kuching the other day.

 

Took Airasia flight through LCCT. Small place to call an airport.

Where's Kuching, you ask? 

Lead the road from Kuching airport...

Everyone needs a place called home...

To eat Kuching yum-yum food.

And to see family and friends...

This is my brother with his girlfriend.

Kuching, being a place of cats, must have fishes...

He really took the "No fishing" ban seriously...

We caught up on some things that happened to us since high school.

Time moves fast. Some are married. Some are not and about to be.

Adieu Samsung ~!

I will be leaving Samsung after Chinese New Year (Year of the Dog).

For the record, it was a good experience here.

I'm not saying it for tact but I did meet good people...and not-so-nice people here.

Liars, I know who you are.

But in the final summary, the good outshone the not-so-nice traits. Its a trade-off.

Samsung should not be an alien name to most Malaysians...

When I came in, I was simply overwhelmed by the welcome committee... :o

I worked in the 3rd Samsung Seremban complex (SDMA).

LCD TV and Plasma (pride of Samsung products)

Celebrated birthdays...

Donated blood...

Took photos ala "Gone With The Wind"...

Saw friends blossom into adults and becoming responsible.

Survived one demanding boss...

Saw some colleagues off on their last day at Samsung...

Owner of Samsung (Kun-Hee Lee) comes to town...

Surviving presentation ordeals...

Got one complimentary luggage...

Celebrated Samsung Display's 10th Anniversary...

I wish I can say this is the car sending me off, but its not...

I will be leaving soon. It was a good chapter of my life.

2005 Annual Dinner @ Port Dickson

My company had its annual dinner at Port Dickson late last year.

I only had time to post it up now.

I touched down at Kuching International Name Only International Airport yesterday.

Had a brief breakfast at KLIA

(didn't review the cafe since I thought it was very shoddy for KLIA standard...)

Akad Nikah

My colleague, Mohd. Fadzli got engaged in August 27th this year...yeah...

Its a bit outdated to post it up but I'd like to congratulate him on it.

I'm going back to Kuching this Friday. Not balik kampung per se but close enough...

My sister's son is gonna be 2 years now. And I have seen him ... 2-3 times only ?
